Hughie and the team at Pheniks Division provided a great experience for our young traineeships. Highly recommended.

As an organisation we came across Hughie and Pheniks Division as a result of a fantastic bit of marketing on his part. We subsequently invited him come over to meet with us at Bright Direction Training so that we could find out more about Pheniks Division. Hughie told his story, vision, shared the values he had for helping and developing others. Impressed with his professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent ethical values that aligned very closely to ours we asked Hughie to deliver some experiential learning to our young traineeships. The training was to focus on Team Building, Problem Solving and Resilience. The two day programme out doors was a great success. Hughie did a fantastic job of breaking down barriers and ensuring that real learning took place. He made a huge impact on the group who are now out in the workplace and on the way into full time employment. Hughie and the Pheniks Team are back with us again for the next cohort and we look forward to a long and productive working relationship.
