As more companies move to remote working, people can find themselves less connected to their colleagues/organisation. Pheniks is a silo buster. Hughie's deep understanding of teamwork and outstanding implementation of strategies designed to bring people together in demanding environments has to be experienced to be believed.

There were lots of stories that we will be retelling over the years but one hilarious image I can't forget is that of one of the organisers called Liam, chasing away a herd of curious cows who unbeknownst to us (we were blindfolded) had got to within about a meter of our group. I think one of them took one of our backpacks!
