From coaching 'Trojans', an under 8's football team at Astley Bridge FC to supporting Liverpool FC to being a BWFC Season ticket holder with my son, I live for sport, particularly football. In my sessions, I combine my love and knowledge of the game with my military training and I get teams to push themselves to their own, individual, limits and I get them out of their comfort zone, building resilience. As part of any session, as their coach, you will get to watch from afar and see your team as you've never seen them before.
