Veterans Boxing and Fitness
Free Boxing Sessions for Veterans

For almost four years, we've been running free boxing and fitness sessions for veterans of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. This isn't just about physical health — it's about building mental resilience, reducing social isolation, and creating a brotherhood where veterans can connect with others who understand their experiences. The boxing is only a small part of what we do. The club provides an outlet for physical activity while fostering a genuine sense of belonging and purpose. We've helped reduce homelessness, addiction, incarceration, financial struggles, unemployment, and — in the worst cases — suicide within Bolton and Greater Manchester. All veterans are welcome. No experience necessary.
Youth Development Projects
Building Confidence in Young People (Ages 11-21).

Using the core values of the British Army — Courage, Discipline, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty, and Selfless Commitment — we deliver team-building and personal development projects for young people who are at critical stages in their lives. These aren't classroom lectures. They're structured, hands-on activities that help young people develop: • Leadership skills • Teamwork and collaboration • Resilience and confidence • Decision-making abilities • Tools to navigate life transitions (primary to secondary school, secondary to college, college to work) We also connect young people with existing sports and social clubs as part of their journey, reducing anti-social behaviour by offering positive outlets for their energy. Our programs are particularly valuable for young people who struggle to engage with traditional education or who are seeking employment at this pivotal time in their lives.
CPR Education for children
Lifesaving Skills for the Next Generation.

Over the past three years, we've delivered free CPR education to approximately 15,000 children aged 13 and under. We teach them: • Basic Life Support (CPR) • Actions to take in a medical emergency • Recognition of heart attack and sudden cardiac arrest • Safe use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) By equipping young people with these lifesaving skills early, we're empowering them to respond effectively in emergencies and potentially save lives. The impact goes beyond the classroom — children take this knowledge home, raising awareness among family and friends. We're proud to work alongside frontline emergency service volunteers from the army, ambulance, fire, and police services who dedicate their time to this cause.
